Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Service-related requests during these hours can be made one of the following ways: 

 

1. Email your request to support@alltechsupport.com 

    This will automatically open a service ticket in our          system and will be assigned out to our first                    available technician.

Emergency calls outside of our normal operating hours can be made by calling (205) 290-0215. An after-hours service charge will be billed for calls made before 6:00 am and after 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and any time on Saturday or Sunday.
